摘 要:随着环保的日趋严格,相关法规对工业涂装挥发性有机物(VOCs)治理设施的综合净化效率要求达到90%以上,不同工业企业为满足地方相关排放标准及净化效率要求,对废气治理设备进行了升级改造,安装了蓄热式燃烧设备(RTO)、蓄热式催化燃焚烧设备(RCO)、催化燃烧设备(CO)等高温焚烧设备,综合净化效率可大于90%。部分焚烧类净化设备因设计不合理、安装不规范、运维管理不善、设备老化等原因导致安全事故频发,针对部分企业VOCs焚烧治理发生的安全事故案例,对危险源进行分析,并针对危险源提出安全防范措施。With the increasing strictness of environmental protection,relevant regulations have required the comprehensive purification efficiency of industrial coating VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds)treatment facilities to reach over 90%.In order to meet local emission standards and purification efficiency requirements,different industrial enterprises have upgraded and transformed their exhaust gas treatment equipment,installed regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO)high temperature incineration equipment such as regenerative catalytic oxidizer(RCO)and catalytic oxidizer(CO)can achieve a comprehensive purification efficiency of over 90%.Some incineration purification equipment has frequent safety accidents due to unreasonable design,non-standard installation,poor operation and maintenance management,and equipment aging.This article analyzes the safety accident cases of VOCs incineration treatment in some enterprises,and proposes safety prevention measures for the hazards.
