摘 要:文章详细阐述了7 MW全回转螺旋伞齿轮研制及性能试验关键技术研究。主要包括大功率高扭矩螺旋伞齿轮设计研究、大功率高扭矩螺旋伞齿轮性能试验研究。核心为参照美国齿轮制造商协会(AGMA)等颁布的标准进行齿轮宏观参数优化,利用MASTA等软件进行传递误差、承载接触分析(LTCA)等计算,设计开发螺旋伞齿轮试验箱模拟真实运行环境,建立箱体有限元模型,同时进行箱体模态有限元分析,得到箱体约束模态频率及其对应的固有振型,正常运行工况下不会出现传动轴转频或齿轮副的啮合频率与固有频率合拍的现象,后续将进一步试验验证设计的合理性。A detailed description of the key technology research is provided for the development and performance testing of 7 MW fully rotating spiral bevel gears.This mainly includes research on the design of high-power and high torque spiral bevel gears,as well as experimental research on the performance of high-power and high torque spiral bevel gears.The core is to optimize the macro parameters of gears according to standards such as American Gear Manufacturers Association(AGMA),and use software such as MASTA to calculate transmission error and loaded tooth contact analysis(LTCA).A spiral bevel gear test box is designed and developed to simulate the real operating environment,and a finite element model of the box was established.At the same time,finite element analysis of the box modal was conducted to obtain the box constrained modal frequency and its corresponding natural vibration mode.Under normal operating conditions,there will be no phenomenon where the rotational frequency of the transmission shaft or the meshing frequency of the gear pair matches the natural frequency.Further experiments will be conducted to verify the rationality of the design.
