摘  要:船舶修造作业过程中产生的大量漆雾是船舶修造行业产生细颗粒污染的主要来源,迫切需要先进的净化处理技术。高能声波团聚是一种有效的细颗粒去除预处理方法,可以形成更大的颗粒而便于提升去除效率。文章概述国内外在高能声波团聚作用机理及其相关联用技术的最新进展,并进行对比分析,展望未来的研发及应用方向。声波团聚联用雾化、声波团聚耦合相变冷凝、声波团聚联用电场这3种新型技术现阶段的发展各具优缺点,其中,声波团聚联用电场技术相对在含大量粒径0.5μm以下的喷涂漆雾尾气净化处理中更具发展前景,今后应集中探索并积累与实际工况高度结合的耦合工艺参数,以最大程度发挥声波团聚耦合技术的优势,助力我国船舶修造领域的细颗粒污染物治理技术向更高效、更低成本的方向发展。The large amount of paint fog produced by ship maintenance and construction is the main source of fine particle pollution.Advanced purification treatment technology is urgently needed.High energy acoustic agglomeration is an effective pretreatment method for fine particle removal.Larger particles can be produced,which helps to improve the removal efficiency.The recent progress in the mechanism of high energy acoustic agglomeration and its associated technologies at home and abroad is reviewed,and a comparative analysis is made.The future development and application direction are also prospected.The current development of three new technologies,namely acoustic agglomeration combined atomization,acoustic agglomeration coupled phase change condensation and acoustic agglomeration combined electric field,respectively show advantages and disadvantages.Among them,the technology of acoustic agglomeration combined with electric field is relatively more promising in the purification treatment of paint fog waste gas containing a large number of particle size below 0.5μm.In the future,exploring and accumulating coupling process parameters are focused on that are highly combined with actual working conditions,so as to maximize the advantages of acoustic agglomeration coupling technology.Promote the development of fine particle pollution control technology in China's ship maintenance and construction industry towards high efficiency and lower cost.
