摘　　要：随着工业互联网生产业务服务模式全面介入企业产线级管理,其数据主体及数据服务形式越来越多样化复杂化,基于MES的传统数据服务架构模式已经不能适应现实需求,无法为生产人员及经营管理者提供有效地数据分析服务。为此,针对智能终端数字化、网络化生产组织形态中复杂的数据流式和数据逻辑关系展开研究,并且提出了一种基于主题数据组态的层次化数据描述模型及数据应用架构,实现了面向全局生产管理与生产经营决策的从数据采集、数据治理、数据存储到数据归集的主数据管理。在多条SMT贴片及整机生产线的示范应用结果表明,该应用架构不仅能为生产系统各层级人员和企业顶层各类经营管理者提供应用服务数据,还能有效地为决策经营层提供数据分析服务。With the industrial Internet production business service fully integrated into enterprise production line management,in which the data subjects and data service forms are becoming increasingly diversified and complex,the traditional data service architecture based on MES can no longer meet the actual needs.In response to this,this article focuses on the complex data flows and logical relationships in the digital and networked production organization of intelligent terminals.A hierarchical data description model and data application architecture based on thematic data configuration is proposed,which facilitates master data management from data collection,data governance,data storage to data aggregation for global production management and decision-making.The results of the demonstration application across multiple SMT assembly lines and complete machine production lines show that the application architecture can not only provide application service data for all levels of production system personnel and various types of senior business managers,but also delivers efficient data analysis services to decision-makers.
