摘 要:为解决船舶设备安装和管法兰螺栓联接设计效率低、出错率高和难定义等问题,根据船舶研制特点,系统梳理了螺栓联接设计常规流程,从建库和设计两方面提出了基于知识工程的具体方法,确保设计相关数据、知识和经验与工程研制有机融合,同时针对不同应用场景定义了简化和实体表达两种螺栓联接形式。依托3DE平台的EKL开发工具,基于基础资源配置,进行了设备安装和管法兰螺栓联接设计开发,详细介绍了具体设计操作流程。通过工程应用分析,开发工具可显著提升螺栓联接设计效率。研究表明,开发工具不仅极大提高了螺栓联接设计质量和效率,并为类似设计提供了重要参考与指导价值。To solve the problems such as low efficiency,high error rate and difficult definition in the bolt connection design of ship equipment installation and pipe flanges,according to the characteristics of ship development,the conventional construction strategies of bolt connection design were systematically sorted out,and specific methods based on knowledge engineering were proposed from two aspects of database construction and design,so as to ensure the organic integration of design data,knowledge and experience with engineering development.At the same time,two kinds of bolt connection forms such as simplification and entity expression were systematically defined for different application scenarios.Then thedevelopment of bolt connection design for equipment installation and pipe flanges was carried out according to EKL development tool and basic resource allocation for 3DE platform.Moreover,the specific design operation process was introduced in detail.Through engineering application analysis,the development tool can significantly improve the design efficiency of bolt joint.Research shows that the developed tool not only greatly improves the quality and efficiency of bolt connection design,but also provides important reference and guidance value for similar design schemes.
