摘 要:铰杯上料是液压铰链生产过程中必不可少的环节,但由于其体积较大且形状不规则,导致其装配过程仍依靠人工来完成,对此设计了一种铰杯自动上料机构以代替人工上料。铰杯上料机构主要由上料机构与装配机构两部分组成,实现了兜仔的自动上料、自动分料及向治具上自动安放的功能。通过对装配机构进行模态分析和谐响应分析,找出系统固有频率,验证了外界激振频率不会引起系统共振,导致结构破坏。其结构简单且工作稳定,现阶段已应用于液压铰链生产线中。其装配方法适用于其他型号的铰链,具有较强的通用性,值得推广。The hinge cup assembly is an essential step in the production process of hydraulic hinge.However,due to its large volume and irregular shape,the assembly process still depends on manual labor.Therefore,a kind of hinge cup assembly mechanism is designed to replace manual assembly.The hinge cup assembly mechanism is mainly composed of the feeding mechanism and the assembly mechanism,which realizes the functions of automatic feeding,automatic distributing and automatic placement onto the fixture.Through the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the assembly mechanism,the natural frequency of the system is identified,and it is verified that the external excitation frequency will not cause the system resonance,which results in structural damage.The structure is simple and stable,and it has been applied to the hydraulic hinge production line at this stage.The assembly method is suitable for other types of hinges,showing strong versatility,and is worthy of promotion.
