摘 要:为了研究水稳填充大粒径碎石材料的路用性能,选择单一粒径粗骨料进行配合比试验,通过抗压强度、回弹模量、弯拉强度和收缩试验分析了不同龄期下的水稳填充大粒径碎石材料的力学性能和抗开裂性能。结果表明水稳填充大粒径碎石材料具备可观的承载能力,同时可有效抑制裂缝的扩展。与常规水稳材料相比,水稳填充大粒径碎石材料在0~10℃的温缩系数下降幅度超过40%,不易因收缩过大产生开裂,回弹模量也达到了常规水稳材料50%左右,具有较好的承载性能,同时干燥收缩系数比常规水稳材料低20%左右,表现出优异的抗干缩性能。In order to study the road performance of water-stabilized large-grained crushed stone materials,a single-grained coarse aggregate was selected for the proportion test,and the mechanical properties and anti-cracking properties of water-stabilized large-grained crushed stone materials were analyzed by compressive strength,modulus of elasticity,bending and tensile strength,and shrinkage tests at different ages.The results show that the hydraulic stabilization filled large-size gravel material has considerable bearing capacity and can effectively inhibit the expansion of cracks.Compared with conventional water-stabilized materials,the temperature shrinkage coefficient of water-stabilized filled large-size gravel material decreases by more than 40%from 0℃to 10℃,which is not easy to produce cracks due to excessive shrinkage,and the resilience modulus reaches about 50%of the conventional water-stabilized materials,which is a better load-bearing performance,and at the same time,the drying shrinkage coefficient is lower than that of conventional water-stabilized materials by about 20%,which exhibits excellent resistance to drying shrinkage performance.
