摘 要:进行原材料各项性能试验,与普通玄武岩碎石进行对比。通过单筛法进行级配设计,制备不同水泥掺量的多孔玄武岩碎石试件,养护不同的龄期,进行无侧限抗压强度试验和静态抗压回弹模量试验。得到不同龄期和不同水泥掺量下试件的强度指标,分析两者之间的关系。多孔玄武岩碎石吸水率是普通玄武岩碎石的2倍;多孔玄武岩碎石水泥掺量4%时,可满足高速公路和一级公路的重交通条件;水泥掺量5.5%时,可满足高速公路和一级公路的极重交通条件;无侧限抗压强度与静态抗压回弹模量呈正比关系,养护前期变化较大,后期趋于稳定。The performance tests of raw materials were carried out to compare them with ordinary basalt gravel.Porous basalt gravel specimens with different cement contents were prepared by the single sieve method,cured at different ages,and the unconfined compressive strength test and static compressive resilience modulus test were carried out.The strength indexes of the specimens at different ages and different cement dosages were obtained,and the relationship between the two was analyzed,and the water absorption rate of porous basalt gravel was twice that of ordinary basalt gravel.When the cement content is 4%,it can meet the heavy traffic conditions of highways and first-class highways;When the cement content is 5.5%,it can meet the extremely heavy traffic conditions of highways and first-class highways;The unconfined compressive strength is proportional to the static compressive resilience modulus,which changes greatly in the early stage of curing and tends to be stable in the later stage.
