摘 要:为提升交通基础设施减震性能,延长结构物服役寿命,在泡沫轻质土结构中掺入不同粒径的橡胶颗粒与聚丙烯纤维,通过试验研究影响其抗折、抗冲击强度的关键因素,分析不同橡胶粒径、橡胶掺量、湿密度、纤维掺量等影响因素下聚丙烯纤维改性橡胶泡沫轻质土材料的耐久性能,研究表明:橡胶颗粒的掺入对试件抗折强度产生不利影响,但可有效提升试件的抗冲击能力,工程对材料强度要求较高时,应控制橡胶颗粒掺入比不超过15%;纤维掺料和试件湿密度提升均可有效改善试件的抗折、抗冲击强度,且纤维掺料具有延缓试件裂缝发展的作用;聚丙烯纤维改性橡胶泡沫轻质土相较无掺料泡沫轻质土的抗折、抗冲击性能均有有效提升。In order to enhance the seismic performance of transportation infrastructure and prolong the service life of structures,the article mixes rubber particles with different particle sizes and polypropylene fibres in the foam light soil structure,and investigates the key factors affecting its flexural and impact strength through experiments,and analyses the durability of polypropylene fibre-modified rubber foam light soil materials under the influencing factors of different rubber particle sizes,rubber mixing amounts,wet density,fibre mixing amounts,and so on,the study shows that:doping rubber particles adversely affects the flexural strength of the specimen,but can effectively improve the impact resistance of the specimen,but when the project on the strength of the material requirements of high,should control the rubber particles blending ratio of no more than 15%;fibre doping and specimen wet density can effectively improve the specimen's flexural and impact strength,and fibre doping is mainly to slow down the development of the specimen cracks;polypropylene fibre-modified rubber foam light soil compared to the unadulterated foam light soil,flexural and impact properties have been effectively improved.The flexural and impact resistance of polypropylene fibre-modified rubber foam light soil is effectively improved.
