摘 要:针对高速公路改扩建25 m预应力混凝土空心板检测、评估与利用问题,采用对病害分析、结构检算、实桥静载试验等方法进行检测评估,结果表明既有25 m预应力混凝土空心板在现行荷载等级下抗弯承载能力稍有所欠缺,但结构现状良好且静载试验结果能满足规范要求。考虑既有25 m预应力混凝土空心板的现状、加固难易程度及造价等方面,提出粘贴钢板加固+桥面现浇层改造的加固处治方案,施工工艺简单,节省加固改造成本。Aiming at the problem of detection,evaluation and utilization of 25 m prestressed concrete hollow slab in expressway reconstruction and expansion project,the methods of disease analysis,bearing capacity check and bridge load test are used to detect and evaluate.The results show that the existing 25 m prestressed concrete hollow slab is short of the ultimate bearing capacity under the current load standard,but the structure status is good and the static load test results can meet the requirements of the standard.Considering the current situation of the existing 25 m prestressed concrete hollow slab,the difficulty of reinforcement and the cost of reinforcement,the reinforcement and treatment plan of reinforced steel plate and reformed bridge floor is put forward,which is simple in construction and saves the construction cost of the reconstruction and expansion project.
