大后方的港口与腹地:抗战时期西部内陆跨区域经贸互动及对成渝关系的再造

摘  要:按照港口—腹地理论,近代长江上游的重庆地区是东中部港口城市的腹地,为东部港口的发展提供出口物资,并销售和吸收港口从国外引进的商品和技术。全面抗战时期,由于东中部诸港口的沦陷,加之大后方被封锁对外沟通不畅,原本是腹地的重庆在战时成为西部内陆的对外港口,并通过西南和西北地区的经贸互动逐步建立起和西部广大地区的经济联系,使其成为重庆的腹地。战时大后方呈现的港口与腹地模式,一方面继续通过初级产品的对外贸易维系和西南腹地的联系,另一方面通过工业技术扩散、资金融通逐步构建和西北腹地的关联。大后方跨区域的经贸互动,不但实现了对长江上游重庆和成都经济关系的重新塑造,而且在理论层面亦是对港口—腹地理论体系的完善,在港口—腹地传统“自东向西”的基础上,构建了大后方南北之间经济互动的战时新格局,从而更加彰显出中国经济的内在潜力和巨大爆发力。According to the port-hinterland theory,Chongqing in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in modern times was the hinterland of the port cities in the east and central regions,providing export materials for the development of the eastern ports,and selling and absorbing the goods and technologies introduced by the ports from abroad.During the period of the All-Out War of Resistance Against Japan,due to the fall of ports in the east and central regions,as well as the blockade of the rear area and the lack of external communication,Chongqing,which was originally the hinterland,became the external port of the western inland during the War.Through the economic and trade interaction of the southwest and the northwest regions,it gradually established economic ties with the vast western regions,making it the hinterland of Chongqing.The port-hinterland pattern of the wartime home front,on the one hand,continued to maintain ties with the southwest hinterland through foreign trade of primary products,and on the other hand,gradually built ties with the northwest hinterland through the spread of industrial technology and financial cooperation.The cross regional economic and trade interaction in the rear area had not only reshape the economic relationship between Chongqing and Chengdu in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,but also improved the theoretical system of the port hinterland.Based on the traditional"from east to west"approach of the port hinterland,a new wartime pattern of economic interaction between the south and north of the rear area was constructed,which further highlighted the inherent potential and enormous explosive power of the Chinese economy.
