摘　　要：TFLW96-4励磁机用于同步大功率、高转速无刷电机,本文对其设计和计算进行了全面的介绍,并计算了各部分的刚强度,温升等数据。通过认真研究和自主创新,熟悉并掌握了此类电机转子的设计和分析技术,为同类型电机的设计提供了一些有益的参考。TFLW96-4 exciter is used for the exciter of synchronous high power,high speed brushless motor.In this paper,the design and calculation is comprehensively introduced,and the calculation of each part of the stiffness,temperature rise and other data is done.Through careful study and independent innovation,the design and analysis technology of the rotor of this type of motor have been familiar with and mastered,which provides some useful reference for the design of the same type of motor.
