摘 要:本文针对汽轮发电机定子压圈铸件材料在生产过程中存在的问题和现状,提出定子压圈材料优化方案,建立有限元分析模型,进行刚度和强度计算分析对比,论证优化方案的可行性。试制一台定子铁心,进行压装试验,论证优化方案的可靠性。定子压圈材料优化后,不仅解决了铸件毛坯缺陷多、加工困难易开裂的质量问题,而且定子压圈的制造成本也有一定程度的降低。For the problems existing in the production process and the status quo on the casting materials of turbo generator stator clamping ring,the optimization scheme of the stator clamping ring material is put forward in this paper,with the establishment of finite element analysis model for the analysis and contrast of the calculation of stiffness and strength so s to demonstrate the feasibility of this optimized scheme.A stator core shall be trial-produced,and the press-fit test is carried out to demonstrate the reliability of the optimization scheme.After optimizing the material of the stator clamping ring,not only the quality problems of casting blanks with many defects,difficult processing and easy cracking are solved,but also the manufacturing cost of the stator clamping ring is reduced to a certain extent.
