摘  要:水轮机的顶盖刚强度性能与机组稳定运行存在一定的联系,本文结合水轮发电机组顶盖性能的分析,从结构设计角度进行了探讨和分析,以工程实践经验为基础,并以实际运行机组为例,提出了顶盖结构设计与运行中需注意的一些问题,这些经验对于水轮发电机组前期的顶盖结构设计合理性方面和后期的安全稳定运行措施均具有较大的借鉴意义。The strength of the cap of the turbine has a certain impact on the stable operation of the unit.In this paper,combining with the analysis of the performance of the cap of the hydraulic turbine generator,discussion and analysis are made from the viewpoint of structure design.On the basis of engineering practice experience,and taking actual operation unit as example,the design of the cap structure and some problems that should pay attention to in operation is put forward.These experiences have great reference significance for the rationality of the cap structure design in the early stage and the safe and stable operation measures in the later stage of the hydraulic turbine unit.
