摘  要:大型高压电动机定子冲片采用开口槽结构,气隙磁场中的谐波含量随齿槽磁导的变化而增多,从而导致电机振动、温升和噪声的提高,以及电机效率的降低。在国家能效等级要求提升后,为了改善电机的工作性能,提高电机效率,定子槽口安装磁性槽楔是一个性价比极高的方法。针对传统的层压结构磁性槽楔易脱落的现象,采用卷包工艺取代传统的层压工艺,提高了槽楔的机械性能,保障电机的可靠运行。In large high-voltage motors,due to the use of open slots for stator laminations,the harmonic content in the air gap magnetic field increases with the change of slot magnetic conductivity,which leads to an increase in motor vibration,temperature rise,noise,and a decrease in motor efficiency.After the national energy efficiency level requirements were raised,installing magnetic slot wedges in the stator slot is a cost-effective method to improve the performance and efficiency of the motor.At the same time,in response to the phenomenon of traditional laminated magnetic slot wedges easily falling off,the rolling process is adopted to replace the traditional laminating process,which improves the mechanical performance of the slot wedges and ensures the reliable operation of the motor.
