摘  要:随着抽水蓄能电站的大发展,高水头、高转速发电电动机与日俱增,为了更好满足机组长期稳定运行要求,抽蓄机组的转子磁轭越来越多采用刚性磁轭结构。刚性磁轭因其独特的结构特点及材料性能,需要专门的加工工艺支撑。本文针对刚性磁轭结构特点,详细介绍了刚性磁轭的整个加工过程,对于某些加工过程,提出了多种加工方案,为刚性磁轭加工提供了工艺借鉴。With the great development of pumped storage power stations,high-head,high-speed generator motors are increasing day by day.In order to better meet the requirement of long-term stable operation,rigid magnetic yoke structure is used in rotor magnetic yoke in pumped-storage unit more and more.Rigid magnetic yoke needs special processing technology because of its unique structure and material properties.According to the structure characteristics of the rigid magnetic yoke,this paper introduces the whole processing process of the rigid magnetic yoke in detail,and for the processing process,puts forward a variety of processing schemes,which provides technical reference for the processing of the rigid magnetic yoke.
