摘　　要：水轮发电机定子扇形片局部冲片通常是用定子扇形片基本片冲断或剪断的方法制成,本文分析了局部冲片在剪断边缘产生毛刺方向与冲片上其它冲裁断面毛刺方向相反的原因,并介绍了解决毛刺问题的工艺方法。The local punching of the stator segment of hydro-generator is usually made by punching or cutting the basic piece of stator segment.In this paper,the reason for the burr direction on the cut edge of local punching opposite to that on other cut surface on the punching sheet is analyzed and the technical method to solve the burr problem is introduced.
