摘　　要：柴油发电机组进行低功率试验,期间励磁机旋转二极管故障,导致设备自动跳闸。针对此问题进行研究分析,确定故障原因,制定处理方案并对同型号发电机进行反馈检查,增加二极管检查和试验预防性维修大纲,明确二极管安装工艺和控制标准,保证应急柴油发电机设备安全可靠性。The diesel generator set is tested at low power,during which the failure of the rotary diode of the exciter would cause the device to trip automatically.It is a must to study and analyze the problem,determine the cause of the problem,formulate treatment scheme and make feedback to check the same type of generators,increase the check to diode and test preventive maintenance program so as to ensure emergency diesel generator equipment safe and reliable.
