摘  要:本文采用金相法、硬度法、热染法、淬火法以及能谱仪测量5种方法对21CrMoVA、25Cr2MoVA、38CrMoAlA、X20Cr13材料渗层深度进行测定。结果表明:金相法、热染法、淬火法、能谱仪测量与硬度法测量的结果差别不大,其中能谱仪测量的结果总体来说与硬度法(仲裁方法)的差值最小。In this paper,the penetration depth of 21CrMoVA,25Cr2MoVA,38CrMoAlA,X20Cr13 materials is measured by five methods:metallography,hardness test,thermosol dyeing process,quenching and energy spectrum measurement;with the results showing that there is little difference between the results of metallography,thermosol dyeing process,quenching method,energy spectrum measurement and hardness test method,of which,the difference between the results of energy spectrum measurement and hardness test method(arbitration method)is the smallest in general.
