聚焦超声技术在面部抗衰老美容中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨聚焦超声技术在面部抗衰老美容中的应用效果。方法:以2023年1—9月在南京医科大学第二附属医院就诊的30例求美者为研究对象。所有求美者均接受聚焦超声技术进行面部美容,应用面部松弛度(facial laxity reflectance,FLR)量表、全局美容效果(global aesthetic improvement scale,GAIS)量表对美容效果进行评估,应用FACE-Q量表对求美者治疗前、治疗后3个月的外观满意度、心理状态和社会功能进行评价,并观察不良反应。结果:求美者术前的FLR量表评分较高,治疗后即刻评分明显下降,且治疗后1、3个月的评分仍显著低于术前(P<0.01),而治疗后即刻、1个月及3个月的评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后GAIS量表评估结果显示,1级15例(50.00%),2级10例(33.33%),3级5例(16.67%);求美者术前的FACE-Q量表中外观满意度、心理状态及社会功能评分均较低,治疗后3个月时均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01);治疗后出现红斑1例,肿胀疼痛1例,发生不良反应共2例(6.67%)。结论:聚焦超声技术在面部抗衰老美容中的应用效果良好,不良反应较少,能显著提升患者美观度,减轻求美者自卑心理,提高自信心和社交能力,生活质量显著改善,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of focused ultrasound technology in facial anti-aging aesthetics.Methods:This study included 30 beauty seekers who visited Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to September 2023.All participants received facial aesthetic treatments using focused ultrasound technology.The facial laxity rating(FLR)scale and global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS)were used to evaluate the aesthetic outcomes.The FACE-Q scale was used to assess the appearance satisfaction,psychological status,and social function of the beauty seekers before and three months after the treatment.Adverse reactions were also observed.Results:The FLR scores of the beauty seekers were high before the treatment,but significantly decreased immediately after and remained significantly lower at one month and three months post-treatment(P<0.01).The differences in FLR scores between immediately after the treatment,one month,and three months were not significant(P>0.05).GAIS evaluation at three months after the treatment showed that 15 cases(50.00%)were rated as grade 1,10 cases(33.33%)as grade 2,and 5 cases(16.67%)as grade 3.Before the treatment,the appearance satisfaction,psychological status,and social function scores of the beauty seekers were relatively low according to the FACE-Q scale.However,at three months post-treatment,all three scores significantly improved compared to before the treatment(P<0.01).One case of erythema and one case of swelling and pain occurred postoperatively,resulting in a total of 2 adverse reactions(6.67%).Conclusion:Focused ultrasound technology has shown good application effects in facial anti-aging aesthetics with minimal adverse reactions.It significantly improves the aesthetics,reduces psychological inferiority,enhances self-confidence and social skills,and significantly improves the quality of life of beauty seekers.Therefore,it is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
