摘  要:本研究以贵州典型自然土壤(黄壤、红壤及棕壤)中的AM真菌为对象,于清镇市黄金坡(黄壤)、红湖村(红壤)、苗寨(棕壤)采集目标土样并分离鉴定AM真菌,探究不同土壤类型下AM真菌物种分布的差异性并分析土壤因子对孢子密度的影响。结果显示:在三种自然土壤中共分离鉴定出AM真菌物种10属19种,不同自然土壤下AM真菌的物种分布差异较大,黄壤、红壤、棕壤中分别分布9种、5种和12种AM真菌,其中缩隔球囊霉Septoglomus constrictum和叉状隔球囊霉Septoglomus furcatum为优势种,对土壤的适应性较好。三种土壤中AM真菌的孢子密度存在显著差异,通过土壤因子与孢子密度的相关分析显示,孢子密度与土壤pH、速效钾成正相关,与速效磷成负相关。该研究成果对筛选适应地方土壤的优势菌种以及接种后如何调控土壤因子具有一定的参考意义。This paper focuses on arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi in typical natural soils(yellow soil,red soil,and brown soil)in Guizhou.Soil samples were collected from Huangjinpo(yellow soil),Honghu Village(red soil),and Miaozhai(brown soil)to isolate and identify AM fungi.The aim was to investigate the differences in AM fungal species distribution among different soil types and analyze the influence of soil factors and spore density.The results revealed the identification of 19 species from 10 genera of AM fungi across three natural soil types.Significant variations were observed in the species distribution of AM fungi in different natural soils,with 9,5,and 12 species found in yellow soil,red soil,and brown soil,respectively.Among these,Septoglomus constrictum and Septoglomus furcatum stood out as dominant species,exhibiting strong adaptability to the soil conditions.Significant differences were observed in the spore density of AM fungi among three soil types.Correlation analysis between soil factors and spore density revealed a positive correlation with soil pH and available potassium while showing a negative correlation with available phosphorus.These findings have implications for selecting indigenous fungal species adapted to local soils and managing soil factors post-inoculation.
