摘 要:人工纯林种植面积较大,虫害威胁严重,林木抗虫育种研究已成为当前林木保护与增产的关键领域。本研究总结了目前林木抗虫育种的相关进展,林木抗虫性是多种防御机制的协同作用,其中包括化学和物理防御方式。外界因素如机械损伤和虫害触发了植物的诱导防御机制。分子生物学的快速发展推动了林木分子育种的兴起,重组DNA技术已成功将外源抗虫基因导入林木基因组,培育出转基因抗虫林木新品种。此外,RNAi技术也成为一项热点研究,相较于传统转基因技术具有更高的选择性和安全性。未来,随着科技的进步,林木抗虫育种研究将会更加深入,并与多个学科相结合,为林木抗虫性的提升提供更广阔的前景。The planting area of pure plantation forest is large,and the threat of pests is serious.Thus,the research on tree breeding of pest resistance have become a key field of forest protection and yield increase.We reviewed the research progresses related to breeding of insect-resistant trees.Studies have shown that insect resistance of tree is a synergistic effect of multiple defense mechanisms,including chemical and physical defense.External factors such as mechanical damage and insect infestation trigger the plants induced defense mechanism.The rapid development of molecular biology has promoted the rise of molecular breeding of trees,and recombination DNA technology has successfully introduced exogenous insect resistance genes into trees genomes to breed new transgenic insect-resistant forest varieties.In addition,RNAi technology has also become a hot research topic,which has higher selectivity and safety than traditional transgenic technology.In the future,with the progress of science and technology,there searches on insect resistance breeding of trees will be more in-depth and combined with multiple disciplines to provide a broader prospect for the improvement of forest insect resistance.
