摘  要:为探索WOX转录因子在油桐生长发育中的生物学功能,通过生物信息学手段对油桐WOX家族进行鉴定和分析,为研究WOX基因家族调控油桐生长发育提供基础资料及参考。经鉴定油桐WOX基因家族共有10个成员,分布在6条染色体的不同位置,该家族成员的理化性质有差异。结果表明,通过系统进化分析,将油桐WOX基因家族成员分为3个组,其中油桐与大戟科中的小桐子亲缘关系较近。该家族成员的保守结构域Homeobox包含2个保守基序,组织特异性表达分析发现VfWOX10和VfWOX13在根、茎、叶、种子及花中均表达,说明它们在油桐整个发育过程中都起重要的调控作用。VfWUS在开花前10 d的雄花中表达量最高,由此推测VfWUS在雄花发育中发挥着关键的调控作用。In order to explore the biological functions of WOX transcription factors during the growth and development of Vernicia fordii,the WOX family of Vernicia fordii was identified and analysed by bioinformatics to provide some basic information and references for future studies on the regulation of the WOX gene family in the growth and development of Vernicia fordii.It was identified that there existed 10 members in the family,which distributed in different positions in 6 chromosomes.The physiochemical properties of the family members differed.The results indicate that the members of the V.fordii WOX gene family were divided into three groups by phylogenetic analysis,the WOX gene family of Vernicia fordii was more closely related to Jatropha carcas,which belongs to the Euphorbiaceae family.The conserved structural domain homeobox of this family member contains two conserved motifs.Tissue-specific expression analysis showed that VfWOX10 and VfWOX13 were expressed in roots,stems,leaves,seeds,and flowers,suggesting that Vernicia fordii plays an important regulatory role throughout development.With VfWUS expression being highest in male flowers 10 days prior to flowering,leading to the assumption that VfWUS plays a key regulatory role in male flower development.
