摘　　要：种子休眠是指在适宜条件下,具有萌发能力的种子却不能发芽的现象,是植物抵御不良自然环境的适应性特征。本文概述了种子休眠的类型、原因及破除方法,以期为中学生物学教材中与植物及生物多样性保护相关的教学内容提供参考资料。Seed dormancy refers to the phenomenon where seeds with germination capacity cannot germinate under suitable conditions.It is an adaptive characteristic of plants to resist adverse natural environments.This article outlines the types and causes of seed dormancy as well as methods of breaking,in order to provide reference materials for the content related to plants and biodiversity conservation in high school biology textbooks.
