摘 要:泛基因组是指特定物种或类群全部进化枝的所有基因组信息的总和。泛基因组研究通过序列比较和分析,构建非冗余集合体,以识别核心基因组和可变基因组,从而了解物种或种群中基因的丰富性、基因家族的扩张与收缩、水平基因转移等现象,为探究和理解物种内的遗传多样性和基因组进化提供了新的视角和工具。本文对泛基因组的概念、研究策略及其应用进展进行了综述,以期为中学一线教师进行基因工程相关内容教学提供前沿拓展素材。Pangenome refers to the sum of all genomic information of all evolutionary branches of a particular species or group of organisms.Through sequence comparison and analysis,pangenome studies construct nonredundant sets to identify core and variable genomes,so as to understand the phenomenon of gene abundance in species or populations,expansion and contraction of gene families,horizontal gene transfer,etc.,providing a new perspective and tool for exploring and understanding genetic diversity and genome evolution within species.In this review,the current concepts,research strategies and the progress of pangenomic will be summarized.And,this article provides cuttingedge fodders of genetic engineering related content for middle school biology teaching.
