摘 要:为筛选优良菜心DH系,采用田间试验方法,对游离小孢子培养获得的再生植株(DH系)的园艺学性状进行观察和鉴定。结果表明,获得了41份菜心DH系,经综合评价筛选出12个综合性状表现较好的DH系。这些材料的获得有助于丰富菜心种质资源,可为杂交亲本的选择和配组提供参考。In order to screen excellent DH lines of flowering Chinese cabbage,the horticultural traits of regenerated plants(DH lines)obtained from isolated microspore culture were observed and identified by field test.The results showed that 41 DH lines of flowering Chinese cabbage were obtained,and 12 DH lines with better comprehensive traits were selected by comprehensive evaluation.The acquisition of these materials is helpful to enrich the germplasm resources of flowering Chinese cabbage,and could provide reference for the selection and grouping of hybrid parents.
