摘 要:富满油田井深超过7300 m以深的井,下尾管施工时经常面临尾管送入组合中井口钻杆抗拉情况不足的情况,现有尾管送入组合受力计算方法误差较大,难以满足方案设计及施工需求。针对尾管下入过程中的受力情况进行分析,建立尾管送入组合悬重力学计算方法,对比Landmark分析数据,验证了该计算方法在钻井工程前期设计阶段校核钻柱的可行性。结果表明:悬重计算方法与Landmark模拟计算误差率小于5%,证明了使用所提出的计算模型开展校核的可行性,对超深井钻井工程前期设计、中期现场施工尾管送入组合中钻柱组合的悬重计算具有重要的指导作用。同时,针对特深层提出采用更大尺寸钢制钻杆及多种材料、多种规格复合钻柱下入尾管的方案,可为特深层油气钻探提供方法支撑。It is crucial to ensure that the drill pipe can meet the tensile safety requirements when liner is lowered into ultra deep wells with a depth of over 7300 m in Fuman Oilfiel dusing a combination of drill pipes and casing.The existing method for calculating the force on the combination of drill pipes and casing has a large error,which makes it difficult to meet the design and construction requirements of the liner lowering scheme.By analyzing the forces on the pipe string combination,a calculation method for the load of the pipe string combination in the liner lowering process is established.By comparing the Landmark data,the feasibility of this calculation method to the force check of drill pipe string in the early design stage of drilling engineering is verified.The result indicates that the error between the load calculated using this method and Landmark simulation result is less than 5%.The proposed calculation method for load of the pipe string combination in the liner lowering process has important guiding significance for the calculation of the load of drill string combination in the early design and mid-term on-site construction of ultra deep well drilling engineering.The proposed plan using steel drill rods of larger size and composite drill strings of various materials and specifications in lowering liner into ultra deep wells can provide support for drilling engineering of ultra-deep oil and gas reservoirs.
