摘  要:为研究考虑施工偏差高强钢板单边螺栓钢筋连接件的抗拉性能,对26个试件进行了单向拉伸试验,研究变量包括螺栓强度等级、钢筋直径、预紧力、锚固长度、钢筋轴线偏差、钢筋相对转角,考察连接件的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、极限承载力及变形能力。结果表明:3种直径的钢筋均存在钢筋拉断与犁沟式拔出两种破坏现象;当连接件采用4个12.9级螺栓时,直径12 mm的钢筋临界锚固长度位于4d~5d(d为钢筋直径)之间;当连接件用于直径14 mm的钢筋连接时,12.9级的螺栓难以匹配,破坏形式均为拔出破坏,连接件用于直径12~14 mm钢筋连接时建议使用6个螺栓来达到等强连接;锚固长度相同时,增大预紧力或提高螺栓强度能有效提高接头抗拉强度;采用14.9级的螺栓时,直径14 mm的钢筋锚固长度位于3d~4d之间;相同锚固长度和预紧力条件下,相对转角为45°时连接件呈现拔出破坏,0°与90°均为拉断破坏;同等条件下,宽槽连接件相较于窄槽连接件,锚固长度增大,极限承载力有所下降,建议增加盖板厚度使连接件性能充分发挥。In order to study the tensile performance of high-strength steel plate single-sided bolted steel connections considering construction deviation,the monotonic tensile tests were conducted for 26 specimens.The study variables included bolt strength grades,steel bar diameters,preloads,anchorage lengths,steel bar axis deviation,and relative turning angle of steel bar.The failure mode,load-displacement curves,ultimate bearing capacity and deformation capacity of connection were analyzed.The results show that three types of steel bars with different diameters all exhibit two types of failure phenomena:steel bar breakage and plow trench pull-out.When four 12.9 grade bolts are used for the connection,the critical anchorage length of 12 mm diameter steel bars is between 4 d and 5 d(d is the diameter of steel bar).For the 14 mm diameter bars,the 12.9 grade bolts are difficult to work well,and the damage is all in the form of pullout damage.It is recommended to use 6 bolts to achieve equal strength connection when connecting steel bars with diameter of 12 mm and 14 mm.When the anchorage length is same,increasing the preload or increasing the strength of the bolts can effectively improve the tensile strength of the joint.When using bolts of grade 14.9,the anchorage length of the steel bar with diameter of 14 mm is between 3 d and 4 d.Under the same anchorage length and preload conditions,when the relative angle is 45°,the connector exhibits pull-out failure,while 0°and 90°both exhibit tensile failure.Under the same conditions,the anchorage length increases and the ultimate load capacity decreases for wide slotted connectors compared with narrow slotted connectors,so it is recommended to increase the thickness of cover to give full play to the performance of connectors.
