组态视角下青年创业者创业机会识别驱动因素及其路径研究  

Research on Driving Factors and Paths of Entrepreneurial Opportunity Identification of Young Entrepreneurs from the Perspective of Configuration

摘　　要：青年创业者如何提高创业机会识别水平是亟待解决的问题。目前,少有研究以整体框架探究不同层面因素与青年创业者创业机会识别水平的复杂因果机制。采用组态视角和fsQCA方法能探究出技术、创业者、创业环境3个层面6个前因条件对青年创业者创业机会识别的协同作用。研究发现:(1)单个前因条件不构成高创业机会识别的必要条件;(2)存在3条高创业机会识别的组态,分别为创业者与环境双因素驱动型、数字技术主导的全要素驱动型、创业政策主导的全要素驱动型;(3)存在5条产生非高创业机会识别的组态,与产生高创业机会识别的组态存在非对称关系。For young entrepreneurs,how to better recognize entrepreneurial opportunities is an urgent problem to be solved.At present,few studies have explored the complex causal mechanism in an overall framework between factors at various levels and young entrepreneurs’recognition level of entrepreneurial opportunities.Using the configuration perspective and fsQCA method,it studies the synergistic effect of six antecedents at three levels including technology,entrepreneur and recognition environment on young entrepreneurs’entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.It is found that(1)any single antecedent condition does not constitute a necessary condition for high entrepreneurial opportunity recognition;(2)there are three configurations with high entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,i.e.,dual-factor driving type of entrepreneurs and environment,all-factor driving type directed by digital technology,and all-factor driving type directed by entrepreneurship policy;and(3)there are five configurations that generate non-high entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,which are asymmetric to configurations that generate high entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.
