摘 要:为了提高对造纸废水中COD_(Cr)的去除率,采用电Fenton协同技术处理造纸制浆废水,分别研究影响COD_(Cr)去除效率的因素,优化反应条件.实验结果表明,在反应时间80 min、pH=4、Fe^(2+)浓度为1.0 mol/L、H_(2)O_(2)浓度为0.8 mol/L、极板距离为10 cm、电解电压为10 V、曝气量为1.0 L/min,COD_(Cr)最大去除率为78%.该研究为造纸废水处理提供了理论基础.To enhance the removal rate of COD_(Cr) in papermaking wastewater,the electro-fenton collaborative technology is employed for the treatment of paper pulping wastewater.The influences of reaction time,pH value,FeSO_4·7H_(2O) concentration,H_2O_(2) concentration,electrolytic voltage,plate distance,aeration and other factors on the removal efficiency of COD_(Cr) are systematically studied,and the reaction conditions are optimized.The experimental results show that when the reaction time is 80 min,pH=4,Fe~(2+) concentration is 1.0 mol/L,H_2O_(2) concentration is 0.8 mol/L,plate distance is 10 cm,electrolytic voltage is 10 V,aeration rate is 1.0 L/min,and the maximum COD_(Cr) removal rate is 78%.This study provides a theoretical foundation for the treatment of papermaking wastewater.
