摘　　要：[目的]了解2016-2021年我国中医药医疗资源配置和区域经济发展的耦合协调程度时间演进和分布特征。[方法]通过政策分析、文献研究和专家咨询建立指标体系,利用熵值法计算权重,选取综合评价指数、耦合协调度、空间自相关方法分析两系统的协调程度。[结果]我国中医药医疗资源配置和区域经济发展综合评价指数、耦合协调度逐年提高,但省域差异较大,两系统耦合协调度具有空间集聚性,呈现“东高西低”的空间分布格局。[结论]我国中医药医疗资源配置和区域经济发展水平、耦合协调度逐步优化,但存在区域差异明显问题。Objective To explore the temporal evolution and distribution characteristics of the coupling coordination degree between medical resource allocation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and regional economic development in China from 2016 to 2021.Methods The index system was established through policy analysis,literature research and expert consultation.Entropy weight method was used to calculate weight.The comprehensive evaluation index,coupling coordination degree and spatial autocorrelation were selected to analyze the coordination degree of the two systems.Results The comprehensive evaluation index and coupling coordination degree of medical resource allocation of TCM and regional economic development have increased year by year in China,but there was a big difference between provinces.The coupling coordination degree of the two systems had spatial agglomeration,showing a spatial distribution pattern of“high in the east and low in the west”.Conclusions The coupling coordination degree of medical resource allocation of TCM and regional economic development is gradually optimized,but there are noticeable regional differences.
