韦奇伍德引进景德镇制瓷工艺及其对英国骨瓷发明的影响研究——以匣钵购置为中心的考察

摘　　要：通过考察18世纪英国制瓷家韦奇伍德引进景德镇制瓷工艺的历史过程,并比较分析英国骨瓷与景德镇瓷器在原料选用、配方工艺、装饰风格等方面的异同,探讨这一跨国文化技术交流事件的重大意义。研究表明,韦奇伍德通过对景德镇瓷器和匣钵的深入研究,掌握了中国传统制瓷工艺的精髓,并创造性地将其应用于英国骨瓷的发明和改进中;这不仅推动了英国乃至整个欧洲骨瓷工业的兴起与繁荣,也体现了中西方制瓷工艺交流互鉴的重要价值。韦奇伍德博采众长、革故鼎新的实践,为传统手工艺在现代社会的传承发展提供了宝贵启示。This article examines the historical process of the introduction of Jingdezhen porcelain making technology by British porcelain maker Wedgwood in the 18th century,and compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between British bone porcelain and Jingdezhen porcelain in terms of raw material selection,formula technology,decorative style,etc.,exploring the great significance of this cross-border cultural and technological exchange event.The research shows that Wedgwood has mastered the essence of traditional Chinese porcelain making techniques through in-depth research on Jingdezhen porcelain and saggar,and creatively applied them to the invention and improvement of British bone porcelain,which not only promoted the rise and prosperity of the bone porcelain industry in the UK and even throughout Europe,but also reflected the important value of exchange and mutual learning between Chinese and Western porcelain making techniques.Wedgwood′s practice of drawing on the strengths of others and innovating has provided valuable inspiration for the inheritance and development of traditional handicrafts in modern society.
