摘 要:近年来,极端天气多发频发,严重威胁电网安全稳定运行和电力可靠供应,成为不容忽视的问题。为贯彻落实防灾、减灾、救灾工作重要指示精神,提升能源电力保供本质安全,积极推进自然灾害防治体系和防治能力现代化,文章开展了极端天气对北京电网运行的影响分析,评估现有应对措施及存在的问题,并提出相关建议。In recent years,frequent occurrences of extreme weather have posed a serious threat to the safety and stable operation of the power grid and reliable electricity supply,making it an issue that cannot be overlooked.In order to implement the important instructions for disaster prevention,reduction,and relief work,enhance the intrinsic safety of energy and power supply,and actively promote the modernization of the natural disaster prevention and control system and capabilities,this article investigates the impact of extreme weather on the operation of the Beijing power grid.It conducts a research and analysis from the perspective of equipment,evaluates the impact of extreme weather on the power equipment of the Beijing power grid,assesses existing response measures and identifies the existing problems,and provides relevant recommendations.
