摘 要:随着水产养殖业的迅速发展,饵料微藻的需求量增大,利用高浓度CO_(2)进行大规模生产饵料微藻已备受关注。该研究使用海水及淡水小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)在三种高浓度CO_(2)环境中培养,通过对比分析两种小球藻的生长速率、色素含量、生化组分含量等。结果表明,高浓度CO_(2)能显著促进两种小球藻的生长速率,同时对比单细胞生化组分含量,在CO_(2)浓度为5%时,两种小球藻胞内生化组分含量出现显著性差异,海水小球藻可溶性糖含量最高,为(5.38±0.45)pg/cell,显著高于淡水小球藻;淡水小球藻的可溶性蛋白含量最高,为(6.25±0.21)pg/cell,显著高于海水小球藻。可溶性蛋白含量的积累与可溶性糖含量的积累呈现负相关,5%CO_(2)浓度可作为生产两种小球藻生产可溶性糖和蛋白的浓度指标。With the rapid development of aquaculture industry,the demand for food microalgae increases,and the large-scale production of food microalgae using high CO_(2) has attracted much attention.In this study,seawater and freshwater Chlorella vulgaris were cultured in three high-concentration CO_(2) environments,and the growth rate,pigment content and biochemical component content of the two Chlorella vulgaris were compared.The results showed that high concentration of CO_(2) could significantly promote the growth rate of the two Chlorella vulgaris species,and compared with the contents of single cell biochemical components,there was a significant difference in the contents of intracellular biochemical components of the two species when the concentration of CO_(2) was 5%.The soluble sugar content of seawater Chlorella vulgaris was the highest,which was(5.38±0.45)pg/cell,which was significantly higher than that of freshwater Chlorella vulgaris species.The soluble protein content of freshwater Chlorella vulgaris was the highest(6.25±0.21)pg/cell,which was significantly higher than that of Marine Chlorella vulgaris.The accumulation of soluble protein content was negatively correlated with the accumulation of soluble sugar content,and 5%CO_(2) concentration could be used as the concentration index for the production of soluble sugar and protein from the two Chlorella vulgaris species.
