摘 要:研究液体异戊橡胶(LIR)替代环保芳烃油在摩托车雪地轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与环保芳烃油胶料相比,LIR胶料的门尼粘度增大,硫化特性相当;常温硬度较大,低温硬度较小;100%和300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、耐磨性能及撕裂强度总体提高;雪地抓着力提高,滚动阻力降低;成品轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能相当,滚动阻力降低;成品轮胎东北地区低温路试的花纹块硬度较小,耐磨性能较好;采用LIR/环保芳烃油用量比为25/0和20/5作为胎面胶的成品轮胎的雪地抓着力较好,行驶不打滑。总的来看,LIR替代环保芳烃油用于摩托车雪地轮胎胎面胶中,可以解决雪地轮胎低温硬度变大问题,提高雪地抓着力和耐磨性能,降低滚动阻力。The application of liquid isoprene rubber(LIR)as a replacement for environmentally friendly aromatic oil in motorcycle snow tire tread compounds was studied.The results showed that compared with environmentally friendly aromatic oil compound,the Mooney viscosity of the LIR compound was increased,the vulcanization characteristics were equivalent,the hardness was higher at room temperature but lower at low temperature,modulus at 100%and 300%elongation,tensile strength,wear resistance and tear strength were generally improved,snow grip was increased,and the rolling resistance was reduced.The durability and high-speed performance of the finished tire were equivalent,and the rolling resistance was reduced.The tread block of the finished tire in the low-temperature road test in northeast China had lower hardness and better wear resistance.The finished tires with LIR/environmentally friendly aromatic oil dosage ratios of 25/0 and 20/5 as tread compound had better snow grip and did not slip during driving.In general,replacing environmentally friendly aromatic oil with LIR in the tread compound of motorcycle snow tires can address the issue of increased hardness at low temperatures,enhance grip and wear resistance,and reduce the rolling resistance.
