摘  要:研究外温电加热在全钢子午线轮胎硫化中的应用。结果表明,与外温采用蒸汽加热硫化相比,外温采用电加热硫化的轮胎的硫化程度不变,物理性能、耐磨性能和耐久性能处于同一水平,折合标准煤、折合标准碳排放和能源费用分别降低71.3%,40.9%和45.7%。The application of external electric heating in the vulcanization of all-steel radial tires was studied.The results showed that,compared with steam heating vulcanization for external temperature,the vulcanization degree of the tire using electric heating vulcanization for external temperature remained unchanged,and the physical properties,wear resistance and durability of the tire were at the same level.The equivalent standard coal,equivalent standard carbon emissions and energy costs were reduced by 71.3%,40.9%and 45.7%,respectively.
