摘  要:以215/50R17半钢子午线轮胎为研究对象,利用Abaqus软件建立轮胎三维有限元模型,研究了三角胶厚度、带束层角度和钢丝圈内周长对轮胎脱圈性能的影响,提出了轮胎脱圈性能的一种仿真评价方法。结果表明:轮胎脱圈阻力仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,仿真精度较高;加厚三角胶能够增大轮胎脱圈阻力,增大钢丝圈内周长能够减小轮胎脱圈阻力,而改变带束层角度对轮胎脱圈阻力影响不大。Taking the 215/50R17 steel-belted radial tire as the research object,a three-dimensional finite element model of the tire was established using Abaqus software,the effects of apex thickness,belt angle and inner circumference of the steel wire ring on the tire’s bead unseating performance were studied,and a simulation evaluation method for the bead unseating performance of the tire was proposed.The results showed that the simulation results of the tire’s bead unseating resistance corresponded well with the experimental results,indicating high simulation accuracy.Thickening the apex could increase the tire’s bead unseating resistance,increasing the inner circumference of the steel wire ring could reduce the tire’s bead unseating resistance,while changing the belt angle had little effect on the tire’s bead unseating resistance.
