福建省主要城市道路网密度特征分析

摘  要:道路网密度是反映交通与城市发展水平的综合性指标。在提倡“窄路密网”规划理念语境,采用统一口径,对福建省九市一区的道路网密度进行综合比较分析,并结合人口密度指标深入剖析各地市主要行政区的道路网密度特征。研究发现,福建省九市一区平均道路网密度距目标值(8 km/km^(2))仍存在一定差距,沿海地区城市的路网密度高于山区城市,各城市核心老城区以外区域的道路网密度有待进一步提升。最后,以省会城市福州为例,探索功能用地与道路网建设的适配情况,为建立一套科学、合理的路网密度监测评估体系提供借鉴。Road network density is a comprehensive indicator reflecting the level of traffic and urban development.Against the backdrop of advocating the planning concept of"narrow roads and dense network",based on the OSM data,a comparative analysis of the road network density in the nine cities and one district of Fujian Province was conducted using a unified caliber.By combining population density indicators and using k-means clustering method,the coupling relationship between road network density and population characteristics in major administrative regions of various cities was analyzed in depth.The study found that the average road network density in the nine cities and one district of Fujian Province still has a certain gap from the target value(8 km/km^(2)).Coastal urban areas have higher road network density than mountainous urban areas,and the road network density in areas outside the core old city districts of each city needs to be further improved.Finally,taking the provincial capital city of Fuzhou as an example,the Moran index in spatial correlation analysis is used to explore the compatibility between functional land and road network construction.It is found that there are many mismatched spaces between road network construction and urban development in the peripheral areas of the city,and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed,providing reference for establishing a scientific and reasonable road network density monitoring and evaluation system.
