摘　　要：针对日益增长的涤纶超细纤维的需求,生产高品质的产品刻不容缓,研究特殊的冷却、上油及牵伸工艺,提高产品的物理机械性能,降低毛羽率,染色性能达到或超过国外同类产品,可满足市场需要,提高企业产品差别化率,增加经济效益又能节能降耗,有效提高产品的市场竞争力和品牌知名度。In response to the increasing demand for polyester ultrafine fibers,it is urgent to produce high-quality products.Research on special cooling,oiling,and stretching processes can improve the physical and mechanical properties of products,reduce the fuzz rate,and achieve or exceed the dyeing performance of similar foreign products.This can meet market needs,improve product differentiation,increase economic benefits,save energy and reduce consumption,and effectively enhance the market competitiveness and brand awareness of products.
