摘  要:为研究空间导叶出口宽度变化对潜水泵水力性能的影响,以200QJ-32-56型潜水泵为研究对象,保持导叶其他参数不变,通过改变空间导叶出口外径,将导叶出口宽度在轴面投影图中设计了5个水力方案,并基于雷诺时均方程N-S方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型,对5种导叶方案的水力模型进行全流场非定常计算。计算结果表明:导叶出口宽度d4=14 mm时为最佳设计方案,在设计流量32 m3/h模型泵的扬程为56.56 m,效率为68.14%,增大或减小出口宽度模型泵整体性能都会下降;导叶出口宽度设计得当能够有效提高导叶内压强分布的均匀性,降低湍动能并减小水力损失,同时改善下一级叶轮的入流条件,从而提升了整泵的水力性能。In order to study the influence of the change of spatial guide vane outlet width on the hydraulic performance of submersible pump,the 200QJ-32-56 submersible pump was taken as the research object,and other parameters of the guide vane were kept unchanged.By changing the outer diameter of the spatial guide vane outlet,five hydraulic schemes were designed in the axial plane projection diagram.Based on Reynolds time mean equation N-S equation and RNG k-εturbulence model,the unsteady flow field of 5 kinds of guide vane schemes is calculated.The calculation results show that the optimal design scheme is when the outlet width of guide vane d4=14 mm,at a design flow rate of 32 m3/h,the model pump has a head of 56.56 m and an efficiency of 68.14%,and the overall performance of the model pump will decrease if the outlet width is increased or decreased.Proper design of the outlet width of the guide vane can effectively improve the uniformity of pressure distribution in the guide vane,reduce the turbulent kinetic energy and reduce hydraulic loss,and improve the flow condition of the next impeller,thus improving the hydraulic performance of the whole pump.
