摘  要:基于有限元法,对需实施改造的某装置一段超出标准范围的大直径夹套三通和端板进行了应力分析。通过分析计算,确定了该大直径夹套三通的相关尺寸及端板的设置位置,并得出夹套三通端板距夹套三通中心线的设置距离应考虑其对高应力区应力强度影响的结论。Based on the finite element method,stress analysis was carried out on a large-diameter jacketed tee and end plate that exceeded the standard range and needed to be renovated.Through analysis and calculation,the relevant dimensions of the large jacketed tee and the position of the end plate were determined,and it was concluded that the distance between the end plate and the centerline of the jacketed tee should consider its impact on the stress intensity of the high-stress area.
