摘  要:由于运输介质的特殊性,部分高温锅炉管道壁温可达500℃,因此常配置厚包覆层实现保温作用,考虑到其不便停机、难以拆除包覆层的问题,常规方法无法实现对其的在线壁厚测定。文章以一段高温锅炉管道模拟试样为试验对象,在高温条件下,应用不拆包覆层情况下的瞬变电磁检测及拆除局部包覆层情况下的电磁超声检测,实现管道壁厚的异常位置初步筛查,进而进行精准测量。基于此,提供了一套针对高温锅炉管道的壁厚测定方法,实现了高温锅炉管道在线壁厚检测。Due to the particularity of the transportation medium, the wall temperature of some high-temperature boiler pipelines can reach 500 ℃, so the thick coated layer is often configured to achieve the thermal insulation. Considering that it is inconvenient to stop and difficult to remove the ccoated layer, conventional methods can not achieve its on-line wall thickness measurement. In this paper, a simulated sample of the High-temperature boiler pipeline is used as the test object. Under high temperature conditions, the transient electromagnetic method (TEM) without removing the coated layer and the electromagnetic ultrasonic testing with partial removal of the coated layer are applied to achieve the preliminary screening of abnormal positions of pipeline wall thickness, and then to carry out precise measurements. Based on this, a set of methods of wall thickness measurement for high-temperature boiler pipelines are provided, which can realize on-line wall thickness detection of high-temperature boiler pipeline.
