摘 要:针对福建长乐某海上风电场项目在深水海域施工难度大、时间长并且工期极为紧张的问题,开展问题解决型 QC 课题研究分析,成果显著。活动过程严格按照 PDCA 循环原则,围绕课题和目标值的实现,找出了影响症结的八个末端因素,通过充分比较分析,确认了两个主要原因。根据两个主要原因认真制定对策,经过精心组织实施后,有效解决了项目中风机基础施工难度大、时间长的问题,达到预定目标,取得显著的经济和社会效益,并对 QC 成果进行标准化工作,推广应用前景广阔。In order to address the issue that the construction of an offshore wind farm project in Changle,Fujian province is challenging,time-consuming,and extremely constrained in the deepwater area,the research and analysis of the problem-solving QC project was carried out,and the results are impressive.The activity process closely adheres to the PDCA cycle principle,focusing on the realization of the topic and target value.It identifies 8 end factors that have a significant impact on the core issue and verifies 2 primary causes through thorough comparative analysis.According to the two main causes,carefully planned and executed countermeasures successfully addressed the challenges of project's difficult and protracted construction period,achieved the project's predetermined goal,produced substantial economic and social benefits,and standardized the QC results,with a wide range of opportunities for promotion and application.
