摘 要:螺锁式预应力混凝土方桩的桩身完整性检测方法主要采用低应变法,实测曲线中接桩位置经常出现明显同向反射,对桩身完整性的合理判定产生影响。在没有桩周土和施工工艺影响的工况下,采用低应变法对 3 组桩的桩身完整性进行对比验证,结果表明同时采用螺锁式和密封材料连接工艺的桩的桩身完整性可满足要求。在实际项目的桩基承载力问题处理过程中,低应变法无法准确判定接桩位置的缺陷程度,而高应变法可以作为基桩施工质量综合判定的有效手段。The low-strain integrity testing is commonly used for the integrity acceptance inspection of screw lock connection square pile of prestressed concrete.In the measured curve,there is often a significant reflection in the same phase at the pile connection position,which affects the reasonable determination of pile integrity.Under the working condition without the influence of soil and construction technology,the low-strain integrity testing was used to compare and verify the pile integrity of three groups of piles.The results showed that the pile integrity of the piles connected by both screw locking and sealing materials can meet the requirements.In the process of dealing with the bearing capacity of pile foundations in actual projects,the low strain method cannot accurately determine the degree of defects in the pile connection position,while the high-strain dynamic testing can be an effective means of comprehensive judgment of pile quality.
