摘  要:论文选取一种匀质TPO防水卷材,分析了其正面和反面材料的成分、组成和微观结构。在 115 ℃ 条件下对匀质TPO 防水卷材进行了热老化,研究了其热老化后的力学性能变化规律。为了研究匀质TPO防水卷材在更高温度下的热老化规律,根据国外标准,在 135 ℃ 条件下对匀质TPO防水卷材进行了热老化,测量其质量损失和外观变化,同时也比较了其在 135 ℃热老化后的力学性能变化规律。A homogeneous TPO waterproof sheet was selected,and the ingredient,composition,and micro-structure of its front and back side materials were analyzed.The homogeneous TPO waterproof sheet was heat aged at 115℃,and the changes of its mechanical properties after heat aging were studied.In order to study the heat aging rule of homogeneous TPO waterproof sheet at higher temperatures,heat aging of homogeneous TPO waterproof sheet was conducted at 135℃ according to foreign standards,and its mass loss and appearance change were measured.At the same time,the heating change rule of mechanical properties after heat aging at 135℃ was also tested.
