摘 要:预应力张拉质量的检测是保证桥梁工程后期使用安全的关键环节,其中锚下张拉力的评定标准是判断预应力张拉质量的前提。当前,各地方评定标准并未统一,其可靠性有待于深入研究。鉴于此,本文结合工程实际的锚下张拉力检测数据统计分析,以钢绞线张拉长度进行分类,分别对四种钢绞线张拉长度区间下的实测数据分布拟合;同时基于可靠度理论,得到了不同钢绞线张拉长度区间下的锚下张拉力标准值与限值,为锚下张拉力的评定标准提供了优化建议。The detection of prestress tension quality is the key link to ensure the safety of bridge engineering and later use,and the evaluation standard of tension under anchor is the index ruler to judge the prestress tension quality.At present,the relevant evaluation standards of provinces and cities in China are not unified,and some indicators are too extensive and lack of theoretical explanation.It can be seen that the current evaluation standard of tension under anchor is not applicable,theoretical and reliable.In view of this,this paper analyzes the measured values of anchorage tension of 72 bridges based on the actual testing data of anchorage tension.According to the stretching length of steel strand,the normal distribution fitting curves of four kinds of steel strand stretching length intervals are obtained.At the same time,based on the reliability theory,the standard value and limit value of anchor tension under different steel strand tension length intervals are obtained,which provides optimization suggestions for the evaluation standard of anchor tension.
