摘  要:某公司公共管廊管线伴热介质为低压蒸汽,消耗量约8t/h,如果将加热介质改为热水,将会大大降低低压蒸汽的消耗量,经济效益非常可观。该公司通过对公共管廊各伴热线的运行现状进行分析,发现存在蒸汽管网末端压力低,蒸汽外排,而且疏水阀更换维修成本较高等情况。通过对各装置低温余热分析,计划采用120×10^(4)t/a催化裂化装置的热媒水余温给公共管廊各管线加热。从经济性和操作方面对两种改造方案进行对比,决定采用热媒水直接给工艺管线伴热的方案。设计阶段,充分考虑热媒水伴热和原低压蒸汽伴热的互补,新增伴热水上水及回水总管,并设置伴热水上水和回水分水缸,各伴热分支管线增设限流孔板控制流量,伴热线整体利旧。项目实施后,节约低压蒸汽消耗8.2t/h,伴热期按4个月计算,可节约2.36×10^(4)t/a低压蒸汽,降本效果明显。Low-pressure steam is used as the heat tracing medium for pipelines in the public pipe gallery of a company,and its consumption is about 8t/h.If low-pressure steam is replaced by hot water,the con-sumption of low-pressure steam will be greatly reduced,achieving considerable economic benefit.The analysis on the operating status of all heat traced pipelines in the public pipe gallery shows that there are some problems such as the low terminal pressure of steam network,the steam exhaust,and the high cost of replac-ing and maintaining traps.Through the analysis of low temperature waste heat in each unit,it is planned to use the residual heat of heat medium water from the 1.2Mt/a catalytic cracking unit to heat the pipelines in the public pipe gallery.Two modification schemes are compared with each other from the aspects of economy and operation,and it is decided to adopt the scheme of heat tracing the process pipelines directly with heat medium water.In the design stage,the complementarity of heat medium water tracing and the original low pressure steam tracing is fully considered.Hot water supply and return main pipe is installed,hot water sup-ply and return water cylinder is set up,and restriction orifice is provided for each heat tracing branch pipeline to control the flow rate.After the implementation of the project,the consumption of low-pressure steam is reduced by 8.2t/h.Calculated based on a heat tracing period of 4 months,a total of 23.6 thousand tons of low-pressure steam can be saved annually,significantly reducing the cost.
