摘  要:为分析电流处理对轧辊材料的影响规律,通过改变电流密度和处理时间来调整AD180高碳半钢的微观组织和力学性能。使用万能拉伸试验机对电流处理后的试样进行单轴拉伸实验,并对试样进行SEM断口截面分析和EBSD微观表征,研究其力学性能和微观组织的变化规律。拉伸结果表明,在电流密度11.88 A·mm-2、通电5 min时,试样的综合性能最好,屈服强度提高6.5%,抗拉强度提高12.1%,伸长率提高了25.4%。通过断口截面分析发现,拉伸试样均为脆性断裂,未通电试样存在大量孔洞缺陷,而合适的电流密度和通电时间可以促进试样内部孔洞缺陷的“愈合”,其中,电流密度为11.88 A·mm^(-2)、通电5 min时,试样断口上的缺陷最少。EBSD微观表征结果表明,脉冲电流使试样在较低温度下发生了再结晶,细化了晶粒。由此可见,脉冲电流可以改善试样内部的组织结构和治愈微缺陷,提高其综合力学性能。To analyze the influence laws of current treatment on roll materials,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of AD180 high carbon semi-steel were adjusted by changing the current density and energized time.The universal tensile testing machine was used to carry out uniaxial tensile experiments on the specimens after current treatment,and SEM fracture cross-section analysis and EBSD microscopic characterization of the specimens were carried out,and the change laws of the mechanical properties and microstructure were studied.The tensile results show that when the current density is 11.88 A·mm^(-2) and energized for 5 min,the comprehensive performance of the pecimen is the best,the yield strength is increased by 6.5%,the tensile strength is increased by 12.1%,and the elongation is increased by 25.4%.Through fracture cross-section analysis,it is found that the tensile specimens are brittle fractures,and there are a large number of hole defects in the unenergized specimen,and the appropriate current density and energized time can promote the“healing”of the holes in the specimens,among which,when the current density is 11.88 A·mm-2 and energized for 5 min,the defects on the fracture of the specimens are the least.The results of EBSD microscopic characterization show that the pulse current recrystallizes the specime at lower temperature and refines the grain.It can be seen that the pulse current can improve the internal structure of the specimens and cure the microdefects,and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties.
