摘 要:针对某钢厂二十辊轧机板带产品边部板形质量不能满足生产需求的问题,充分考虑二十辊轧机的设备和工艺特征,分析了二十辊轧机上下一中间辊窜辊对板形质量的影响,同时考虑窜辊可能带来的边降或增厚。以边降在许用范围内和成品带钢板形质量最佳为优化目标,建立一套二十辊轧机窜辊综合优化模型,该模型的优化结果表示满足优化目标需求的窜辊量设定值。在窜辊量设定模型的基础上开发出相应的二十辊轧机窜辊综合设定技术,并将其应用到某钢厂二十辊轧机的生产实际中,现场产品的板形质量得到明显提升,且边降在允许的误差范围内,给现场二十辊轧机生产工作带来显著的技术改进。Aiming at the problem that the edge plate shape quality of the 20-high rolling mill strip product of a steel mill cannot meet the production demand,the equipment and process characteristics of the 20-high rolling mill were fully considered,and the influence of the upper and lower intermediate roll shifting of the 20-high rolling mill on the the plate quality shape was analyzed,and the edge drop or thickening that may be brought by the roll shifting was considered.Taking the edge drop within the allowable range and the best quality of the finished strip plate shape as the optimization goals,a comprehensive optimization model for roll shifting of the 20-high rolling mill was established,and the optimization results of the model represent the set value of the roll shifting amount that meets the optimization objective requirements.On the basis of the roll shifting setting model,the corresponding comprehensive setting technology of 20-high rolling mill was developed,and after applying it to the production practice of 20-high rolling mill of a steel mill,the plate shape quality of the on-site product is significantly improved,and the edge drop is within the allowable error range,which brings significant technical improvement to the production work of the on-site 20-high rolling mill.
