摘　　要：当前毒品犯罪呈现网络化、物流化,贩毒门槛不断降低的新特点,这些新特点势必增加毒品犯罪侦查的难度。对法律规定理解的不一致,执法手段的不规范,进一步影响毒品犯罪打击的成效。在打击毒品犯罪中,公安机关面临制度与技术的双重困境。只有坚持顶层设计,规范侦查行为,才能有效地遏制毒品犯罪。At present,drug crimes are conducted through network,logistics and drug trafficking threshold is constantly reduced,which will increase the difficulty of drug crime investigation.The inconsistencies in the understanding of legal provisions and the irregularity of law enforcement methods further affect the effectiveness of the fight against drug crimes.During the crackdown of them,the police are faced with the dual dilemma of system and technology.Only by adhering to top-level design and standardizing investigation behavior can drug crimes be effectively restrained.
